Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service of Eat 4 Well, the AI nutrition coach operated by Acara Crest Inc. It says what the service may and may not be used for, what the limits of each plan mean, and how to report a problem.
Health and safety
- Not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, thoughts of harming yourself, a severe allergic reaction or any urgent symptom, contact your doctor or emergency services. The coach declines such questions by design and cannot help.
- Not a prescriber. Do not use the service to decide on, start, stop or dose medication, insulin or supplements, or to diagnose a condition. Ask a qualified professional.
- Adults only. You must be at least 18 years old. Do not enter health information about a child, and do not use the service to plan a child's diet.
- Your own data only. Enter health details only about yourself, or about another adult who has asked you to and knows what the service does with them.
- Read the label. Allergen screening is automated and best-effort. Never rely on it alone if an allergy could harm you.
- Disordered eating. The service sets calorie floors and will not plan extreme restriction. If you have a history of disordered eating, use it only with a professional's support.
Use the service as described
The service may be used only for the purpose described on this website, by the account holder, and in a way that does not interfere with other members' use of it. You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful; to upload files you have no right to use or that contain someone else's medical data without their consent; to probe, scan, overload or attempt unauthorised access to the service; to circumvent plan limits or share one account between people; to run automated requests against the coach; or to use the service to build a competing product.
Plan limits and fair use
Every plan has the limits shown on the pricing page and at checkout: meal plans, swaps and food checks per calendar month, coach messages per calendar day, and whether photo checks are included. They are enforced by the service. Where a plan is described as unlimited, it is unlimited for the ordinary use of one person: we do not meter it, but we may ask you to reduce usage that is far beyond what one person would reasonably need or that degrades the service for others, contacting you first wherever that is reasonable.
Enforcement
If an account breaches this policy we may limit, suspend or end it. We contact the account holder before doing so where that is reasonable, and always afterwards. Fees already paid for a period in which an account is ended for breach are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
